Hello! ai is dead is a free newsletter I send out three times per week. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. It’s designed for creatives of all kinds to help you find ways to survive and thrive in the age of AI.
Who creates and curates ai is dead?
My name is Chris Linnane. I am the Creative Director at Harvard Business School Online and Executive Producer at Royalist Creative. Over the last two decades, I’ve directed and produced campaigns for J.Crew, Living Proof, NBC, and more. My music can be heard on loads of reality shows and every single variation of the Kardashians (sorry). If you’re old enough, you may have heard my songs while watching people cry on Dawson’s Creek. They cried a lot on that show, which was good for business.
Over the last decade, my work at HBS has allowed me to play a key role in creating over 30 online courses. I’ve been lucky enough to work with some of the top leaders, thinkers, innovators, and writers in business. I lead a team of tremendously talented producers, filmmakers, animators, and graphic designers. Nowadays, like you, we can’t leave a meeting without a client saying “We should do this with AI". Maybe? Maybe not.
Why would I read ai is dead?
This wave of AI can feel like a real threat to Creatives. In some ways, it is. However, my goal is to help you find ways to leverage AI to amplify your unique human talents.
